Maybe the joy that upcycling and recycling brings her, stems from growing up around it. Her parents were proud business owners of a local garbage and recycling hauling company, a legacy her oldest brother still carries on today. She vividly remembers her dad embracing the timeless notion: “Another man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” And wow, did she ever run with it!
